MONDAY

10am-12pm Leeds La Leche League
Venue: St Michael's & All Angels Church Hall, Farnley
Second Monday in every month
Breastfeeding help, info sharing and support from pregnancy, birth and beyond, weaning and nutrition. Mother to mother support, the way La Leche League has worked around the world giving help to mothers over 50 years.

An opportunity to ask about children's services and activities, advice, signposting and family support, whilst your children play.

World Class instructors. CRB checked and health and safety trained.

New Baby/Toddler Yoga Class
Venue: St Michael's Hall, Farnley
For mums/dads with babies from six weeks to crawling and from crawling to approx 2 years. Promotes sleep and relaxation in your little ones and is an enjoyable way of strengthening the bond between parent and baby. Helps with colic and crying, teething, constipation, slow weight gain, sleep patterns, feeding difficulties, flexibility, bonding and much more.
