New Farnley CC 3rd team enjoyed an away day to remember at Pudsey Congs.
The team travelled to Pudsey with a much stronger team than in recent weeks.

New Farnley won the toss and batted first and finished on 122-5

The highlight of the innings is was the class and maturity of 15-year-old Sam Hewitt.

He batted for all 45 overs on a pitch that gave him nothing, and finished with 81 not out.

In reply Congs ended all out for 91 to secure the win.

Dibbly Dalby cleaned up the last six wickets for just 19 runs to cap a great all-round team performance.
