Bramley Carnival 2010 is a success

Festival fever hit Bramley.
The colourful parade started at midday at Bramley Shopping Centre and travelled along Town Street into Bramley Park.

The carnival queen Erin Lloyd and her princesses arrived in style, accompanied by motorbike outriders, after an appeal in the YEP helped them win a glittering carriage to take them there.

The 2010 event was put on with the help of a £3,000 grant from the Leeds Community Foundation, as well as a £900 windfall from the YEP's annual Community Cash Giveaway.
